Another day of not getting the advertised sale price

Today's sale page states:

30% off Still New Releases

Save an extra 30% off* on 'Once' New Releases, Still New
Releases and Featured Artist Stores when you buy any 2 or
more 'Once' or Still New Releases

 

I put 2 Still New Releases in my cart but did not get the extra 30% off.

To add to the frustration, opening tickets is worthless as the sales are over by the time DAZ responds.

    Just to add: I do get the extra discount for Stonemason and OutofTouch: but I expected it to apply to Still New. But for some it does and for some it doesn't.

    This has been discussed in the sales reporting thread.

    Only 8 non-DO items in "Still New" will give and take the Extra 30% off.
