    Ha.. I'm NOT that young.. just refusing to grow old.. LOL  actually.. never watched Sesame Street when I was little... we barely had a TV growing up... we didn't have much money... but I know of the show from friends children watching..etc... There... so now you know.. I'm reeeeeeeeeeally old.. ugh... LOL

    Heh.  I'm looking at 60.. just around the corner.  Growing up was more Bozo the Clown and Romper Room.  :)  B&W TV that got 2 channels.  My kids though... I could recite every line from Land Before Time or The Lion King.

    may may not have the new comp intime for this month to get a render in, should be able to get one in just before the bell, but it will be quick mix of something

    Seven cupcakes

    Hi all! I love the numbers theme, a fun challange. This one came out kind of weird, but I wanted it to - I love playing with light and shiny things.

    sorry no time to make a "seven deadly sins" render

    so I went with make the sevencandles usually used when it christmas made with hexagon

    As soon as I saw this one I had an idea, but unfortunately it has been so busy that I didn't get round to rendering it. 

    Seven automatically made me think of Sevenoaks (a town not too far from where I grew up) which was named for it's 7 oak trees.  Unfortunately 6 of the 7 original okas became victims of the infamous storm of 1987, referred to as the 87 storum, which felled about 15 million trees across the UK.   THe 6 trees have been replaced, but it will take a hundred years or so before they are as glorious as the original ones.

    I found an old image of the original trees, apparently it is an old photo, hand coloured.

    Forgot all about the 7 deadly sins... This is just fine Mach25.. time is almost over for this month... great job with hexagon... One day I'd love to see it with some color and maybe in a window at Christmas... ahhh... I miss Christmas.. lol.  Only 11 more months to go. (sighs)
