    If you borrow something it needs to be returned or it would be stealing.

    LOL, mine is kind of boring this month but I felt like doing shiny things using Dimension Theory's Anodize shader, that I just bought during the PA sale.

    Eight Vessels or Wares. (I don't know a modern word that includes vases and cups and glasses.) 

    I love the whole vase render!  Nice and not boring at all. :)

    That duck in yiour renders always makes me smile.  Love the whole concept.  :)

    Gonna take your word for it there are 8ticles.... lol.  With all the twisty turnies counting is a challenge... WELL DONE!!!  Thanks for sharing :)

    @Kismet2012 I#ve been wondering this which head it is thinking about the decision! So Halloween is on us already..

    @Luci45 very nice work with the light and reflections, I wonder is that Iray or 3DL?

    @Isidorn those tentakles are creeping me out a bit, I hiope the duck will be safe and sound!

    A couple of minor fails from Hannibal ... if you look you can see the ground/track intersection of one of the lead Elefants (despite quite a bit of careful posing and checking, dammit! crying) and despite looking I did not find the Pamther I have (found it too late!) to have a 'kitteh' there cheeky

    As for @Isidorn's duck, all I can suggest is ... duck!

    Great renders.

    @Linwelly - Jar of Hearts. Hearts are far too fragile, in my experience, lovely render.
    @Knittingmommy - plushies. Intriguing processing.
    @SimonJM - Hannibal takes his Elefants over the mountains. They'll give the Romans a challenge!
    @Kismet2012 - Hat Collection. Is it a committee decision?
    @luci45 - Eight Vessels. I think beautiful is a more accurate adjective than boring in this case.
    @isidorn - The Welcoming Committee. Love it!

    I do love the different perspectives. 

     

    @Knittingmommy - Getting rid of the hair certainly got rid of some issues but most of the hats still needed to be sized to fit the skulls

    @Linwelly - I guess that would be which one ends up being worn.

    @nattaruk - I love that idea.

    There's inflation in everything. Obviously 8 millimeters aren't what they used to be anymore.

    oo awesome artwork nattaruk   I had to look twice to see if it was a photograph...  B&W was a smart decision... reminds me of the olde black and white alien movies from the 50s... :)  Thanks for sharing.

    Thank you everyone for the kind words about my render. 

    For some reason large scientific projects seem to get the word order of their names a bit messed up. For example, the Large Hadron Collider, is really the Large Collider of Hadrons not, as is ambigously implied, the Collidor of Large Hadrons. Same with ALMA, it should really be the Atacama Large Array of Millimeter Antennae.

    Yes the question is there, if it's already gone from the crates. Nice effect and Light there Llola!

    @nattaruk that is actually true, I never though about that, its propbaly easiter to say, thats all, or just to confuse the non nerds devil. but then this has dire consequences as in german the quantum jump has become something very large in effect in a proverbial sense. Its so funny politicans speaking of this or that as a quantum jump thinking of the big achievement, which it usually is not, so in the end the declaration as a quantum jump is correct again...

    NOVEMBER = 1(one)... One is the loneliest number (sings out of tune)... Make this ONE special... I hope I'm not the only ONE that will post a render next month... LOL.. ok.. I'm done!  Got the number for next month???
