Content Package Assist

Im having some trouble with this software where it is adding numbers the the begining of the image thumbnail file name when creating the package and therefore the thumbnail dosnt show in the content pane. To remedy this I go to the Support folder and rename the image to match the install package and then it displays fine.

How can I fix this?
