Rendering Artifact on Unforgettable Fiber Content for Unforgettable HD

I don't know if this is a shader issue or a rendering issue, but I'm getting a strip (maybe a portion of the rendering buckets) that is mismatched with the rest of the hair. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?
