Hello everyone!

I'm posting my product in this thread to allow everyone to get access to the YouTube tutorials for my product FlexiKeys. It was released today, but unfortunately the responsible person forgot to add these tutorials to the FlexiKeys webpage https://www.daz3d.com/flexikeys

You can find them here:

The link to FlexiKeys in DAZ 3D Store is:

Have you ever thought how it would be great to press an arrow key to tweak the finger position instead of switching a Viewport tool and using the mouse, which can be cumbersome and less precise?

Would you like to pose your character from the default pose to whatever you desire while keeping your focus where it belongs—on your art—without a single distraction on any panel, slider, or button?

Would you like a system that adjusts to what you're currently working with, giving you instant access to the local bones' rotation and relevant figures' parameters—everything in an intuitive, user-friendly, and adjustable manner?

Would you like to manipulate multiple bones simultaneously as easily as a single one, switching selected elements in a flash?

If yes, you should know that we have listed just a small part of the possibilities that Matew's FlexiKeys could offer you.

What is FlexiKeys?

FlexiKeys is a game-changing extension for DAZ 3D Studio that empowers you to enhance your 3D modeling and animation workflow. With FlexiKeys, you can effortlessly control object and figure manipulations directly from your keyboard, ensuring precision and reducing reliance on mouse and panel interactions.

Matew's FlexiKeys is designed for novice and professional artists in the DAZ 3D community who seek a more intuitive, less disruptive way to bring their visions to life. With this tool, you can maintain an uninterrupted flow in your creative process by reducing the need to switch between different tools and panels.

This allows you to stay focused on your art, optimize your scene management, and enhance overall productivity. Let your creativity flourish with minimal interruptions and maximum efficiency using matew's FlexiKeys!

This sounds like a really great idea, I've often thought how convenient it would be if I could move all those sliders with the keys. Especially since I often work on a laptop with just a touchpad which makes operating sliders kind of cumbersome. Thanks for coming up with this!

It went into my wishlist...but so tempted to grab it. I got your Wearable script and it is great...I save so much time with it.

This is pretty slick. Haven't gone too deep, but liking it so far. Just make sure your viewport sub-d isn't set above 1...

Very happy with product!  Works really well.  And is easy to use.  I normally use Power Pose.  But Flexikeys is definitely easier.  One feature which I really do like is to be able to toggle down from shoulder to hand, using the page up & page down keys.  And altering the speed of how the limbs move, is simply a question of choosing from 1 to 5 on the keypad.   Posing figures is going to be much, much easier!    The guides and tutorials have been very helpful!   Great to see a Vendor take the time to explain how every things works.

  • how do i uninstall this product properly, i want to use my arrow keys for in scene navigation again but the disable function does not work and every time i try to uninstall the product daz crashes

  • Yes. how do I uninstall this product properly. Simply uninstalling it via DIM is not enough. This product simply remains in the system. That's what I call poor programming. It also has its weak points. Often enough you scroll through the scene navigator instead of anything happening with the character. It's also not that easy to switch the program to qwertz. But the worst thing is that the focus must not be in the scene navigator. Because then you just scroll through the navigator. So how do I get rid of this program properly?

  • I apologize. Run the INSTALL script. Okay.

I have an issue with Flexikeys. When I activate it and hit, say F, it jumps to the middle bone of the index finger, for example. But then I hit up arrow to bend that bone and in the scene view, the selection moves from bone 2 to bone 1. Or I might then hit D to go to the middle finger. The scene view jumps to the middle finger 2 bone but the view port also jumps to the right. Why doesn't activating Flexikeys take better control of the keyboard? Hitting \ should turn off keyboard viewport navigation.
