Animation - AniBlock not repeating?

I'm using 4.22.0.16 (Pro) and I have a custom aniblock - animating the tongue of the HH Wyvern to lap water.

This was created by animating in the timeline and then creating the aniblock from that.

What happens is that the aniblock animation runs the first time but the repeats do nothing - there's no movement.

I've tried (with the same bad result):

  • Adding a second copy of the block, instead of extending it.
  • Inserting another (empty) block in between those two blocks.
  • Moving the aniblock to the parent HH Wyvern figure.

The only things that look a bit off to me is that the Wyvern Tongue is a completely separate rigged object within the HH Wyvern, and the Tongue Base only has scale parameters, it has no translate/rotate parameters.

However when you view the aniblock stretched to repeat (as in the first image) you can see the keyframes are repeated. They just do nothing.

Any thoughts?

Animate in DAZ has not seen any updates in years... you probably hit a very old bug. There are times where hips get shifted out of place or certain manually inserted keyframes do not register when played back.

I really wish DAZ would enhance this tool and make it work more seamlessly with the Timeline.
