DS 4.22 and the clear scene pop up

I finally uprgraded and now when I clear a scene this pop up appears asking me what kind of scene I want to open. I have some questions.
1. Is it possible to stop that from happening? I don't mind the open recent scene option, but I was fine with things the way they were.
2. if I can't turn this off, how do I mark something as a favorite?

1. Unfortunately nope... if you use default New... (Ctrl + N). However, you may use my Script to bring the "Legacy New..." back if you're willing to give it a try.. https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/670361/script-of-new-legacy-for-ds-4-22#latest
2. There's a new function - "Add to Favorites"... if you RMB-click on a file in Smart Content or Content Library, you'll find the menu item "Add to Favorites". After adding the file(s) to Favorites, you can find your then in Smart Content, under the Category: Favorites, as well as in "new scene" dialog - Favorites tab.
THank you. That was somewhat helpful, but I can't find whether we can turn that off or not.
Sorry, I posted before I say your answer crosswind. Ok, just gotta live with it LOL
My solution.
Create a 'default scene', create a 'custom action'(Content library>select scene file>right click>Create custom action...), go into Window>Workspace>Customize>Create a short cut(Ctrl+N) for the new action.
No problem !
That's just a loaded Scene file rather than a cleared Scene with "no name" like the legacy way...
Also see https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/8714491/#Comment_8714491 , the sample script is run once so no need to make it a custom action.
