Can daz studio 2D renders be used in AI postwork?

Hi, 

If I make an Image can I put it in local or web AI and do postwork with that? 

Example: I have 3 characters and a background I render them one by one, then put them together in PS or other editing software (or in a canvas), and then put them into AI to merge the scenes not just 4 png on top of each other.

    Yes, your renders are - with the usual caveat about the old Anne Marie Goddard Digitial Clone, and any other products with additional restrictions - yours to use as you wish.

    Hm??? I don't get what you are saying? Sorry, could you explain that caveat thing? I get that no Lora, no rival product, I don't touch/buy editorial licenced products. What else is there?
