I raelly like the dress material and the lighting is quite nice. The ground/floor shader is way too low resolution so looks very blurry. She seems to be hovering above the floor rather than making contact with it.
And perhaps the right thigh of the dress needs to moved onto her thigh. Cheers.

  • hmm the  floor is rendered in iray made material ill fix that for you guys and try to see what i can do to fix that

Notice the head texture is different to the torso texture. How about the light coming from an angle close to parrellel to the ground, as the current lighting is a bit bland and needs more dramatic effect.

PS. Have you turned off your headlamps?

Chris, you should put all your renders in one thread, that way you have a collection. It's also easier for people to follow you as an artist. wink  A suggestion- If an attachment doesn't work the first time, keep trying. If you accidentally post it (with that stupid square showing) go to the post's upper right corner, find the cog, select Edit, then go below and click the image and Delete. Then click to attach and try again. Sometimes it takes four or five tries, very annoying!

Correct. Always go to BENEATH your floor plane and see if anything is poking through. To ensure your character and props are ON the plane, I  go under the plane, then usually lower the figures/props through it then raise them in teeny tiny increments until they disappear. That way, they are sitting on the plane.
