Deletion of content

Good morning,

I am preparing to "clean" my library.
Mainly Genesis, Genesis 2/3 or even very old Victoria products...
I archived part of it on an external drive. (with all directories (data, Runtime, etc.)

When you delete a folder via the "content library" interface (ex: People/Genesis 2 Female..);
This folder disappears from my library, but the directories (Data, runtime..etc) still exist.
Do I have to manually delete the product-related directories or is there an automatic solution?

How did you install that content?

If you used DIM, Daz Central or Connect (install directly from DS) you can use them to uninstall the content.

If you installed it manually then yes, you will need to remove product-related directories yourself.

If the external drive contains all of the content you want to keep, you can simply switch your content library settings to that location instead of wherever your library currently is.
