RSSY Female Character converter

Im sure this has been covered before....I'm getting NO result from the converter....I'm sure i'm doing something wrong

 

I've seen posts where people get bad results...distorted results....I get NO rsult

The Genesis 9 gray character does not change at all after the conversion....the Gen 8 character is the same...however no Gen 9 character is created....not on screen or in the target file i set up....

I'm using A clean..un-altered Gen 8.1 female PD3 River or Mousso Millarose

The process seems different in that it always  gives me the "Zero or Restore" box...I have not seen that in any of the demonstrations i've seen.

 

Anyone got any insights?
