Can I clean my notebook with rubbing alcohol

Can I clean my notebook with rubbing alcohol?  Such as 70% Isopropyl alcohol?  If so, is is better to use paper towels or cotton balls/ qtips?  I want to disinfect my notebook computer and Ihave the rubbing alcohol on hand.

Or is it there something better to use?

My daughter has used rubbing alcohol, just use it with qtips or paper towel and it will clean and disinfect. Just don't leave lots of liquid behind, and it will dry super fast, just make sure it's completely dry before using.
