Detailed Skin Textures

There is a product called Skin Detail Resource for Gen 8.1 that allows the creator to add specialized texture to specific areas (They call Alphas) like knees, heals of feet, etc.  Does anyone know if this will work with Gen 8, or if there is a similar product for Gen 8 out there?

The presets may only work for G8.1, but the textures will work on any figure using the PBRSkin shader.

The alphas are intended for use when making textures in an external 3D painting program, and are not set up for use directly in Daz Studio.
