Identify a character texture?

I hardly ever see any textures with tan lines. Where did the texture come from in this product picture? It is featured in the item page for Wet and Dry Summer Bundle.

The reason you don't usually see them is it is much more work creating both versions and there are a ton of tan line products in the store. Not sure what was used here though.
