daz3d doesn't start it always show that screen

since moring when i have started daz3d my laptop is shutdown after again start the laptop and open daz3d it always show that screen. i have try to load a scene but load was ok but cannot past that screen

Try Window>Workspace>Select Layout and choose the default (City Limits Lite, I think) or any other you fancy.
