Texture

I need to make an Enthalpy Wheel with the wheel part having round sort of grooves in it like an old time record.  How would I go about doing that????  I dont know if you can see it very well in this pic...As always, thank you all for the help.

    I'd suggest either a bump map or a normal map which will give you the general "Look", but the surface would still be flat,... but you may want to consider using a displacement map, to physically deform a "disk" shaped object.
