MEGA Up do hair problem

My 3D Spin

I bought the MEGA Up do hair by Out Of Touch. You load it in two parts. The bangs and the bun. The bangs load alright, but the bun ends up on the side of the figure. I have tried selecting both the figure and the bangs but to no avail. anyone know how it works?

What is selected when you load the second part?

Since Richard asked, I assume you use Mega 1... then all hair items (Base, Bangs, Buns) should be loaded to the figure.

I have found nothing wrong with these products of Mega 1 ~ 3. So you may fill a ticket if needed.

Please give a link to the product, and say which figure you are using and which files you are loading.

Have you tried load a base G8F, and with that selected loading the base hair, bangs and bun, to rule out if it is character dependant.

          Thanks i dident see that the hair had a base hair. now it works!
