Q: 3D Toons Clouds?

I am unable to open the file instructions.duf

Has anyone else run into this?

Hover the mouse offer it - quite often instructions are a dummy file, there so that a tool-tip image will open on mouse hover.

I hovered over the image and no tool tip apeared.

Do you have them disabled in general?

There is no tool tip, but the icon image itself has the instructions, no more than that.

2. Compose

3. Assign Shaders
