Hammering, Sawing, Painting Poses for figures

I've gone through the Daz store with searches like "construction," "building," and "hammering," but no luck. My construction workers need to get to work, but apparently they don't know how to hold or swing a hammer!

(they're quite good at modeling for the camera and holding weapons, at least, but that's not going to get this house built!)

Any ideas? I may have to spend a lazy afternoon on it otherwise.
