in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I am having troubles with the hs dforce hip and breast v2 during a dance routine where her breast and glutes stick to any other body part that touches them. So looking into the setting I have one I can't find any info one.  "Collsion Response Dampening"
 

What is this setting and what does it do?
