Can I use models made with this program without Interactive License or do I need it?

Model you make yourself, from scratch, you can do with as you wish. If you use another model as a starting point or similar then the license terms for that model would apply. If you use content from daz, or most other stores, as a starting point or contributor then in most cases no license would allow you to sell or share it as a model/asset - the Interactive Licensse is for the license holder to use the content as 3D data within a game or applicaiton (that isn't itself a rendering or content geenration app)
