Any idea how to get this render/light result? Is this iray? Hdri?

Take a  close look at the reflection in her eyes, here are two lightboxes illuminating her.  Can be done with either HDRI that duplicate that light box setup,   or two placed emmissive light boxes in the scene in front of her.
