Start up "A valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established"

My Daz Studio is working fine, the Smart Content shows the product list and I can login normally as well., but every time I start Daz Studio, I get the error message "A valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established."

Could someone help me with this?
