I'm also noticing that with the default new scene environment and camera settings, a lot of this bundle's HDRIs load really huge.
Here's an example using DTHSH - Longevity - Living Room A - 4k from a new scene with g8m dev figure loaded in default position for scale. The camera is the Perspective View in its default position.
EDIT: adding a couple more examples: one using DTHSH - Longevity - Master Bedroom A - 4k (I basically just double clicked on it after making the previous living room A render, so everything else is same) and the other using DTHSH - Longevity - Master Bedroom B - 4k.
I am guessing the original poster's image is for DTHSH - Longevity - Master Bedroom B (seems the same to me, except mine is 4k and theirs is one of the higher res ones).
DTHSH - Longevity - Bedroom - 4k is another one that has a similar issue of loading too large relative to default camera's view.

What are your Render Settings? What is in your scene?
you put your camera in front of a wall, zoomed in, and then clicked render
Maybe use iray preview?
