Genesis 8 Female to Genesis 9 or the Character Converter

Hello, Kevin here.

 I need some help with the converter situation on DAZ 3D. I have this error code on the failed-to-save modifier asset. I did, but it happens again when I load up my Genesis 8.1 to 9 characters. I need some steps to save modifier assets. That would be helpful.
