I don't remember seeing anywhere that render queue was windows only.  I'm new to DS.

Daz Studio 4.23.0.1 (which is required for the Premier plug-ins) is in any event not recommended for Macs at the moment as it causes issues with other plug-ins. I believe mac-support is being worked on, though I may be misremembering what was posted and there was certainly no ETA.

@esther > The original plugin was only for Windows but while I may have missed the information, I don't remember seeing that the premier version was too and until reading your message, I assumed that Daz ported it for MacOS.

Richard Haseltine > Would it be possible to ask Daz to make it more clear that Render Queue is, for the moment, Windows only ?

Yes, I spent a lot of time trying to install the premiere features and looking for them too.

I dont' routinely use plugins I don't think.  so I am on latest daz studio public version. Hoping to be able to use render queue soon, otherwise i kind of wasted money with premiere.

  • The render queue is busted in the newest version of Daz. I can't get it to suppress error messages anymore. I've had it since it launched, and now it's busted... My entire workflow is wrecked now. It's getting tough to justify using Daz anymore at this point.

I did not have any such problems with my Renderqueue, thoug afaik I did not use it since the upgrade to Premiere.
Just made a testrund and it worked quite well.

If you know of a configuration that causes your issue and that I can recreate I will try that out.

Hello, After the latest update (both wide release and public beta), I'm having an issue where the render queue no longer suppresses the duplicate formula message, essentially making it useless. Thinking that the issue was due to lack of support for the release of Render Queue 3, and moving everything to premier, I reluctantly cashed in my Daz+ for three free months, only to find that the premier version has the same issue. I've come in here seaking answers, and to see if anyone else is having the same issues, but my posts keep getting deleted without comment. I literally can't do my job and make deadlines without the render queue working, and I don't know where else to go to ask questions. So... I guess I'll just keep trying until I get an answer.

Could you post a screenshot of the "duplicate formula" window that shows up please? Then I can have a look what's going on.

Sorry, I don't know exactly what's causing the issue. I haven't changed any settings between updates, it worked perfectly, then I updated, and now it doesn't work. If I were at my computer at the moment I would send more screenshots, but I'm currently at my second job.

No need to hurry. It also took me a while to find this again, though the shifting into a single threat makes sense.

If you can find a way that reproduces the problem I will try it - but for now the Renderqueue runs quite well.

One problem I found was that when I RESUMED a queue it had shifted from "full render, all available cameras" to "view". I had to set that back manually. I am not sure, however, wether that is a new problem.

    Thanks for reaching out. :)

I went on Reddit, and someone walked me through how to manually fix duplicate formulas. So, after a couple of days of cleaning up and removing assets from my library, it "works" again. It seems silly to me that the error stops the scene from loading, causing this issue in the first place, but I guess that's neither here nor there at this point.
