Unable to download items in DIM

I can't download the following (through DIM):

- Genesis 9 Starter Essentials 1 of 3 

- Genesis 8 Female Starter Essentials

Thankfully, I have downloaded Genesis 9 Starter Essentials 1 of 3  through my account on the store. However, I can't access the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials page in my Library.
