Where can you find an artisan who can create a unique character to order ?

I need to create the head of Tsar Nicholas I on the body of Genesis 8. Is there a forum of creators here or someone similar that is able to do such a thing?

    my hunch is anyone who would take up this offer would not do a great job, so check the quality of their portfolio first...

    Each time I ask about if there are artists who accept commisions for daz characters, I'm being told that it will gonna cost $1000-2000 for some reason.

    The price depends on what in particular you are looking for, depending on the complexity. The price is usually high because when you contract someone to make something for you, they can't sell the product, so the price is an expected loss from not selling the product in the store and the avg that person usually makes on the product over a given time frame. It also figures in the time involved in the making of it, if it requires custom resources, if you want morphs, etc..
