using a script like mcjRibbons ( https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts/mcjribbons )
you could make the guitar cable ( it's tricky but it can be done )

Something I really liked about this set compared to a number of other "freebies" I've found, is that each of 3 parts are actually their own parts. The 2 speakers was higher than I wanted, so I removed the bottom speaker and lowered the set. That kind of customization is golden.!

well .... they are not really really realistic but they were the starting point for the Merswild grilles
That ribbon script looks REAL complicated at my current level of use..I'm re-outfitting a bar scene and was toying with the idea of placing neon tubes along the molding, curving around. One of those "In photoshop, I can do this easily...how would I do this in Daz" things which turned out to be "you won't do it in daz"...thought briefly your ribbon script could get it done...likely could when I know how to stuff more.

the woofer/speakers can be extracted from the enclosures
so you could make the Marshall grilles transparent ( 0% opacity )
and add 4 woofers in them
though you'd need a backplate
... which could be created using a simple plane and this opacity map:
about (fake) neons
say you create a primitive-plane in Daz Studio
and apply the 1st image below to the diffuse color channel of the surface/material
then apply the 2nd image below to the opacity channel l of the surface/material
then everywhere the 2nd image is white you get opacity, the rest is transparent
then you set the "ambient" color to white and the ambient strength to 100% ( or 50% )
and you get fake neons
those fake neons dont really emit light, so you could add "spot lights" and position them very carefully and get a bit more realistic
there's also AreaLights which are part of Daz Studio 4.6 which could make it even more credible

Very cool...what I'm more wanting to do is something ala the pic below..I mean, I could make tube primitives for the straight lines but it's the curving join ppieces I don't know about.
Daz Studio can make torus shapes
by making parts of the donut transparent you get your bent tubes
there's a drop-down menu which lets you select the camera view
one of those views ( "UV View" ) lets you see the texturing layout of the currently selected object
( for higher precision texture maps get https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts2/mcjtemplate )
you need this to create the opacity/texture map
well actually you can see here the texture map for the torus couldnt be simpler
so lets make 3/4 of that map black and the rest white
apply this to the Opacity channel of the surface
then make the ambient channel of the surface white 100% strength
