Is there a solution to save and apply pose in bulk?
I'm thinking if in scene there were Tom, Berry, Dony, Betty
I could save all poses of them in a single click, and then apply it again to the same character in a single click.
Or maybe I could also apply which pose to who.

It could be scripted, I suppose, though a decison would have to be amde about how to handle fitted or parented items. Nothing built-in, however.
From the Daz Wiki:
Save Filter Template Save:

Save Filter Template Apply:

Save Filter Template Batch:

Below the green box you will see a DSA file link to download.
You use the Save Template to create new preset templates. You use the Apply Template to save a new preset. They give you the same control as DS normally does for saving any type of preset but you can create as many templates as you wish, regardless of type.
Keep in mind that templates only work for the thing they were created for. So a G8 pose template will not work on G9.
I dont know how the batch script works to be honest as I have never used it, but even if you cant figure it out either, I would highly recommend the other two for creating and saving presets. It honeslty makes saving poses very quick and easy.
Please keep in mind that when using the Apply script to save a new preset, it will save it in what ever folder you are viewing in the content tab.
The simplest way: Group them together or parent 3 figures to 1, save a Hierarchical Pose Preset.
Then select the Group or the root figure, apply H.Pose Preset, or select one of them, hold Ctrl key before applying H.Poset Preset, choose Selected in Nodes, it'll apply the saved pose only for the selected figure.
