I suspect it is https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-ak-handsome-hair-for-genesis-9-8-and-81 from those horizontal strands above the bangs probably recolored with an omni shader:

It's GN Kenji Hair, I think is no longer on Daz3D store.

ReadMe for dForce GN Kenji Hair. @Pendragon is correct that it is no longer available.

With the 2 styles so similar, I don't think it would matter a lot and both are dforce.
