Missing Files
So recently i got a new PC, i installed Daz and did all the addons i had via the install manager.
When i tried loading up a model i had already created it was complaining about some files missing, i didnt recall what the files was so figured i would have to remake again, however it seems to me that this is in the base model and not something i had.
Using the content broweser in the studio, if i goto Genesis 8 Estentials and select Male 8.1 i get an error saying the files are missing. I have uninstalled it via the Install Manager and also tried within Studio itself, but neither fixed the issue. The files it says that are missing:
/Presets/Game/Dennis/Leonado.duf
/Presets/Game/Dennis/Raphael.duf
When i search the site the only Dennis i can see is some carton one, nothing for Genesis 8.1. i have no idea what these presets are and why it only effects Genesis 8.1 male, if i load Genesis 8 male it works without issues.
I thought i could just ignore it but it seems when ever i have this model in my scene it and i try to rendser it crashes Daz. As soon as the model is removed it renders fine so im pretty sure this is causing the issue.
Any ideas what the base 8.1 needs the above presets or why i dont have them even thought its a fresh install?
I have used my model in a lot of renders, i really dont want to have to build it again using a different model, as im not sure i will get the same looking character.

What happens if you let it finish loading?
Hello,
Applogies for the late reply, it seems things have change since my intial assement. The crashes i was experencing when trying to render, i though intially was due to these missing presets, but this appears to not be the case.
Firstly to answer your question, nothing happens. I let it finish loading, i click on okay on the error message and it goes away. My character itself doesnt use any elements from these pre-sets as far as i can tell it all works as it should. While its annoying i get this even when adding a new character, its workable for now.
My crashing actually turned out to be lack of memory. It seems that the UI cant tell me what was wrong when it crashed, but if you choose to save the crash report as a zip file and open it, In one of the logs it sateted it didnt have the memory to store all my objects so it caused Daz 3D to crash.
My first lesson in memory management, it seems if i remove visablity from props that are not directly in view of the camera, it allowed for my scenes to be rendered. While i could do with more than 16GB of RAM this has worked for me, so while i thought it was 1 issue causing both events, they was sperate issues and events and both manageable to some extent.
If you resave (uneer a new name) after loading that may remove the apaprently unneeded references to the presets.
