I'm playing with 3Delight and I like it a lot with ibl masters, I have a question regarding the brightness of the clothes and the shadows, I want to know how I can make the leotard look like neoprene, also any other tips that you have, thank you very much.

...I have IBL Master and it works great. Combined with the AoA's Advanced Distant Light (for the sun) it really enhances outdoor scenes.
Daz Studio 4.x has a subsurface shader set included.that should have sliders in the Surfaces Tab,.
There is also an SSS toolkit for 3DL that offers more options.

If you are working in 4.23 then IBL master doesn't appear to work correctly anymore.
...it's been a while since I used it. I did some experiments in 4.21.0.5 but don't remember the settings I used to keep the skydome from being a bit washed out. I tried it with the same sky HDRI that I used in the image below.
One of the last full scenes I did with it was a while back in 2018 using Daz version 4.10.0.123 (attached below).
I asked for the manual and understood that the iray configuration is passed to ibl master, if not, I change the image mapping from the parameters to match the hdri event loaded with iray, after that I leave the dome in infinity and the floor in manual, I leave the ibl floor hidden with shadows activated, the thing is that I want to make images like the promotional ones, at that time the promotional ones of family 7 were made with 3delight and others with iray, however I don't know what to do so that the skin doesn't come out so opaque, and something I notice is that the makeup doesn't look like the mat, I mean I put some red lipsticks on but they come out pink, so I changed the color diffusion from surface, but how do I improve the skin, that intrigues me, also remove that yellow glow color.
...I don't remember it being so complex to use. which makes me wonder if 4.21 has issues with it. I even used a model that has 3DL shaders.. The scene in the attachment used AoA's Advanced Distant Light for the sun and I was able to disable the one in the HDRI skydome but can't remember how to do it as that is likely the reason the lighting is too intense.
I've also made sure that it is rendering in 3DL (progressive mode)
ETA: I think I might finally be on the right track, though I don't remember it taking this much in the way of adjustments before.
I want it to come out like this, beyond the supposed iray that it has, it is completely representable in 3dlight with ibl master, the issue is that I know that I have to configure something, however, these images from the store, have artistic retouching in photoshop or did they come entirely from a render?
Sorry, I can't help much with 3Delight, it's been way to long since I last used it. I do remember skin often took quite a bit of adjustment of the shaders to get the sub surface scattering effect I wanted.
I can provide an opinion on the promo render you posted. To me it definitely looks like an Iray render with very little (if any) editing in photoshop. My guess would be if any post work was done in Photoshop, the it was probably something like adjusting levels and maybe a little unsharp mask.
I last played with 3DL a very long time ago, just as the DAZ 0.7 Beta had been released. At the time LiquidRust (who was later to become a PA) was playing about with skin settings on Rendo, and gave a lot of very useful tips. If you scroll through their early images (warning of nudity on many) & read the messages too, it may help. Or may hinder, not sure how much the 3DL system has changed between DS 0.7.x beta and DS4.23. Anyway, take a look at this SFW image:

Hard to believe it's 3Delight.
Anyway, using settings suggested by LiquidRust and a bit of playing, I got to this:

Just a quick example of Josie 7 that I did in Iray - no postwork. I did have to edit the skin shaders quite a bit, they were pretty bad out of the box. With more time I could definitely have done better, but I figured 1.5 hours was enough to invest in a sample (I didn't have the same swimsuit or pose). I'm not trying to push you to Iray if you prefer 3Delight, I just wanted to show the results that can be easily achieved by an average person with the same model.
This thread might help with using 3Delight - https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/670961/learning-3delight-again?srsltid=AfmBOooUfcNkVg06_sdmOS_bwz5yyPI8EzmuXfzjUn6h7F3-_M7DH8yT
You can get great results with 3Delight, but it does take some work, and few people here use it anymore (IIRC the version included in DAZ hasn't been updated since about the same time they included Iray (2015??).
If your interested, here is the best render I ever did with 3Delight - https://www.daz3d.com/gallery/user/4537203615072256#gallery=album62438&page=4&sort=trending&image=18391
I think it took me a week or two to set up, and IIRC, the render took about 14 hours.
I got tired of ibl masters and their inconsistencies, I directly started playing UberEvironment 2, I liked the result much more, but I still think that they put some crazy Photoshop touch-ups on the promotional images, I'm going to have to improve the lighting of the leotard fabric, lower the specularity so that it looks like fabric and not like plastic.
Josie's default skin has Diffuse Colour set to (238, 224, 200) and Subsurface Colour set to (220, 146, 103). I reset both to pure white.
In the demos Josie is wearing One Piece Bathing Suit for Genesis 3 Female(s), I note you are using the leotard from Dance Gear, so exact colour and texture matching will be difficult.
Here's a test:
Hope this helps?
