Discount not working

As a daz+ member I should get 50% off on new releases and an extra 35% off on still new. I added new releases and still new releases to my cart both showing 50% off but in my cart I only get a 30% discount on both. Does anyone else have this problem?

    no it's not I'm showing the 50% as well , but when the item reaches my cart it goes to 30%

    Do you have an example cart? With a Still New and a Debut New I get 50% off the Debout and 55% off the Still (which is 35% off 30% off)

    Do you have Daz Deals installed? I am not seeing the incorrect discounts on the store page, I get (for PA items) the same prices as you get in cart.

    I'm having a similar problem with the Buld Your Own Anniversary Bundle.  All five items are in the "View All Items' pages, but instead of $10, the cart shows $14.96 due after the Anniversary-Savings code is applied.  I am a DAZ + member.

    Thank you.  That appears to be the problem. 

    But it leaves me with the rhetorical question: why items that are not eligible for the discount are included in pages showing all the eligible products for the bundle sale???  Not trying to pin you down on that MelanieL.  I appreciate you taking the time to respond.  I'm just frustrated with the DAZ system.

    I know you weren't asking for an answer, but it seems that DAZ folks just decided to give the link to all Daz+ Items (which has existed for years) rather than set up a specific sale set for the items that can be used in the BYOB.  I agree with your frustration - on the first day they did the BYOB offer they failed to say "Discount excludes new releases" at the start of the sale day. I got very excited to see several recent Daz+ items that I had wishlisted but not bought in the list, added them to my cart and discovered like you that there was no discount. They added the exclusion text later in the day when enough people complained!
