The membership sign up screen appears but no next step to payment

Before today, the membership options sign-up page for Daz Plus would lead to a hanging pop-up window, which brought me back to the membership options page.

Today, I see a sign up pop up window, but there is no way to proceed to actually paythe fee to join Daz Plus.  (Please see screencapture)  The adding address option in the pop up screensimply does that; there is no way to move to a payment screen.
