Hi,
Are Daz really slow to respond to tickets?
I lodged a ticket 18th October, ticket says 5-6 business days - still no response.
Is there any way to nudge them to notice?

What department did you submit the ticket to and for what? They are super busy atm so wait times are a bit longer than normal, but that seems to be longer than normal for a regular sales support ticket.
It was sent to 'technical' as I'm trying to get an older version of DazStudio, the newest version does not generate IRAY renders on my system.
No, if tickets could be bumped then that would just add to theirm workload and make things slower for everyone. I ama fraid you will have to wait for your ticket to be answered.
So the ticket quoting x number of business days is meaningless and there is no true indication of how long this will take. Impressive.
