Order Pending Too Long (Very Unusual)

I made an order two and a half hours ago, and it is still pending my order.  Normally, it just takes second for my orders to go through.  I don't know why it is taking so long right now. Is anybody going through the same issue???  I am also wondering if Daz is having their own technical problems with their own computers and such....

Nevermind....I found out it is an issue with PayPal.
