I installed daz 3d for the first time on an AMD4 PC, but in 3 months when I started using Rende I realized that I had to change processors and graphics, so I decided to pole vault AMD5, the problem is that once I downloaded and installed the DIM there is no way for me to download anything, I have disabled all firewall, antivirus, security AI, I have even reformatted the PC to put the version of Windows 11 pro that I use on the old PC, and it does not I get it to not download, if anyone has had the same problem a month or less before this publication and has been able to solve it, I would appreciate it if you could explain to me how you solved it

Just reposting the query so it can be read as a paragraph.

I don't use DIM much myself however [almost] everything purchased here can also be downloaded manually via the Product Library in your Account.

Have you checked the log to see if there's an error message? (cogwheel icon > show log)

I don't know if it's still relevant nowadays but I remember some people mentioning a problem with certificates to get DIM to download, see this thread: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/8194871/#Comment_8194871
