    Fighting for Attention

    She is just trying to do a bit of practice on her martial arts skills, and her cat kids are having zoomies, fits of play and cuteness,
    and the occasional cat fight...
    There is an epic battle taking place beneath her feet...

    Hey again,here is my 2nd entry for this contest. The  title is: "Defending the Temple of Light: The Healing of Akki." It was Rendered in Daz Studio.

    STORY:  Shortly after returning home and handing Akki over to the Impress of light for healing; three of the queens footsoldiers broke into the temple of light.. The impress of light requiring more time to fully heal Akki; commanded the remaining 4 sisters to defend the chamber of healing while she restored Akki to health.

    Main character is G9 using Liam HD as base mixed with Swole and some other face morph tweaks. I still prefer UBER shaders for skin so skin textures are still Liam but the shader is a conversion back to the older one. Gave him geoshell M3D's bloody skins, which is amazing, TYVM for that. New custom normal maps. Blender pre work to fix stuff like reins and armour and blood effects and clothing. Post work in photoshop using some action filters to take out the Daz fake looking CGI specular and add more harsh contrast and skin tones. 85mm lens from https://www.daz3d.com/ig-photographers-toolbox-35mm-cameras always my main goto for best cameras.

    "Reaper"
    This render was inspired by the Iray Deadlands Swamp Terrain, which reminded me of post-WWI battlegrounds.

    I rendered a female Reaper character in the scene, with the idea that she is searching the former battleground for lost souls to guide to the afterlife.

    Required assets the render uses:

    MTKG Ghost Bride Outfit (I changed the colour of the skirt/top and the material of the veil)

    M3D Bloody Skins for G9 (her eyes, one of the facial blood shells, and one of the hand blood shells)

    More information:

    The model is P3D Ursula's head with minor changes to her face and a custom body I sculpted myself.

    Her eyes are from Bloody Skins for G9.

    Her nails are CC Rozalina (shape and colour) for G9.

    The hair is Pamela for g9.

    The hat is Evaline for g8 with some changes to size/position

    The veil is from the Ghost Bride outfit with the surface changed to the lace from Dark Magik for G9.

    The outfit is Ghost Bride with the colour changed in the surfaces panel.

    She's in the Iray Deadlands Swamp Terrain, but I did add some fog and mist in post on top of the fog presets that were rendered in scene with Quick Iray Fog Presets.

    "The Battle of Wolfen Prime - ground infantry, heavy mechs and limited air support versus the cyborb enhanced Wolfen and their trained giant predator beasts."

    99% all done in Daz. Postwork was adding in the blood splatter and the mechs heavy cannon blast. I also added in the sky. All effects are photographs that were then comp'ed in. Finaly levels adjusted slightly to create more drama. 

    Uses the following:

    ZK Sci-fi skull 01 for Genesis 9

    MB Sancho for Genesis 9

    Phx Liam HD for Genesis 9

    Lycan 9

    Plus dozens of other pieces from the Daz range. 

    This was such a fun briefing I can easily say that this is my best Daz work yet. Thank you for the opportunity.

    This pose set inspire me to do a special render of one of my characters from my up coming game. I made use of Daz's new mesh tools to add damage to the car. 

    The kicking effects were done in post by missing multiple canvas renders and some stock lighting images.
