Help finding this product from a promo image

Hello all - 

I just came across this promo image while looking at the Z Modern Office Chair and Poses for Genesis 8 and 8.1 by Zeddicuss. That blouse is perfect, and I've been looking for one like it for a long time, but it's not included as one of the additional products used in the promo images. Does anyone know what it is, and where I can find it? Any help would be much appreciated!
