Anilip2 vs Anilip3

I currently have Anilip2 I see there is a newer version of the product. I have a few questions.

1. Is there a comparison chart between the 2 versions? If so where can I find it

2. Is there an upgrade price to go from Ver.2 to Ver.3? (discounted Price)

3. Can I get the lang packs without upgrading?
