Hello... can anyone help and tell me why the texture around her mouth is so ugly?
I've already tried with another texture, but it's still the same...or is the problem different?
thank you in advance

How can I fix this?
How was the morph created?
It depends on if it's a part of the morph (in the mesh) or not. To make sure, I would remove all of the textures from the figure (save a copy it first of course so you can reapply the textures later). Once you remove all the textures and are looking at the figure with zero textures on it then you can see if the distortion is still there. If it is, then it's been sculpted into the mesh and you can try smoothing it out with a sculpting program (like Blender or Hexagon). You could also try lowering the Sub Divide to see if that helps (but that could lower any other HD details the figure has).
If the distortion isn't there once the textures have been removed then it's likely a texture issue. If that's the case then try other character textures on the figure.
You could also try changing the lighting, as it may be just a trick of the lighting?
What character is it, by the way? You could try reaching out to the character's creator to see if they might know the cause.
have you checked the texture compression in iray?
Also check the face/head normal map as well!
it worked... it turned out like this...
I saved the morph in obj and then added the texture
do you think it's ok?
I'm not seeing a distortion. What did you do to fix it, if I may ask?
sorry for the late reply, but I had a little health problem and was not near a computer.... I just improved the texture a little with Photoshop... that's all
