Why Does’t Sale Price or Percentage Discount Show Up ?

FauvistFauvist Posts: 2,115

There are about 10,000 products on sale today.  I don't have the time to scroll through 10,000 products and keep  some formula about how many to buy to get which discount on whatever the product is.  So I'm not looking at any of the sales.

Couldn't you please figure out some way of just fixing a discount for each product and have the sale price or the discount show up on our WISHLISTs, because, you know, some people only shop from their wishlist.

Millions of online stores have Black Friday Sales happening. There's a LOT of competition for shoppers attention and money this week.

And having to come back to DAZ3D every 6 hours to see what new sale products are just adds another layer of complexity.

I REALLY REALLY want to buy products in the DAZ3D store, but between now and New Years I don't  have the time to repeatedly scroll through thousands of products.

So I won't be buying anything.

if you use daz deals you can list wishlist items only and your WL items on sale in whatever category will show up. Makes life easier, but yeah, you would still have to come back every 6 hours, or, just don;t and buy from one time segment and be done for the day.

I honestly do not like these sales that require a coupon code.

If there is a script available called DAZ DEALS, why can't DAZ3D just incorporate the script into the DAZ3D store?  Or another such script that does the same thing?

I'm wary of installing 3rd party scripts on my computer.  Basically, unless it comes from the Apple Apps store, I won't install it.  If Apple hasn't approved the script, it won't install anyway.

people have been asking that question for a long time. Actually, DAZ had changed their web page coding that blocked the use of the scripts at one time not long ago, but its working again. Its actually a very good program, but I totally understand your reluctance to use it.

DAZ probably considers a visible percent off and price history as detriment for their sales. I know some people who won't buy a product if it doesn't match or beat the lowest price shown by the DAZ Deals extension.

It's true that showing price history could be a downside for DAZ, but I really hope DAZ will consider adding other great features from Daz Deals like more filters, sorting options, and tagging.

So they can block the price history.  The detriment is not seeing the savings on the wishlist - which resulted in me not buying ANYTHING here, and not even glancing at what was in those 3000 item coupon lists.  And I spend THOUSANDS of dollars here.
