Today this was released, and in the promo pictures there's a guy with a jetpack on his back (or some sort of battery). Can you help me identify that item?

Oh thank you. Yes I have that item, I just wanna know exactly what the PA use in the promo because it looks cool. And I don't think that is what they used though.
