That's just a regular local crash. The PostGRE SQL is what powers/runs the Smart content, categorization, and a few other things If you don't use those things, it's not that big a deal. Generally, you can just restart studio and it'll clear. If it doesn't, you may need to reinstall studio, or run the stand alone installer.

Basically, no.  And the general or public version is enough for most activities.
But there is a premium version with more features.

I use public beta. And I still got that warning, I don't know why. I am connected with the database. Cos I can search things in the database. But that warning keep popping up at the beginning of opening DAZ3d.

But in your case, it seem you are in the middle of doing your work. So... maybe try some fix as the warning suggested.
I'm not expert.

Make sure you've installed postgreSQL. Then press F2, check the setup in CMS Settings and try pressing Start.

Thanks for the advice. I was using Daz Studio 4.22 then it did an update to 4.23. I didn't like it so I uninstalled and reinstalled 4.22, thats when I started to get that message, typicall I have reinstalled too many times and I'm thinking that's why I might be getting this error. Lol I'm back to running 4.23 and I'm enjoying it.

For those of us with excessively tight rotation limits on our necks you could use the Snipping Tool/Snip and Sketch to take a proper screenshot.
