in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi,  the included Genesis 9 adjustment morphs for the following product "AH dForce Grace Christmas Outfit For Genesis 8 Female and Genesis 9" do nothing only the Genesis 8 Morphs work? Is it me am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

    Please report this to technical Support, it may well be a product or packaging issue but I am not aware that we, or at leasst I, have the product so we can't check.
