Feedback Low vs Mid Poly Genesis Head

Hi, any feedback on artistic opinion on difference between the suited characters heads of the Genesis low/subd0 (left) vs mid/subd1 (right) poly export in this video would be appreciated. I can see the ears are a bit square in the left (low), is there a big difference in quality from artistic eye point of view? Thanks in advance.

Not a big deal (at least to me...) since we all know why... only it may look a bit strange to other audience ~~
The well-known "low-poly ears issue" has been long-standing there till G8.1 (with Base Resolution). So, personally, I never render whatever static or animation with Base Resolution... minimum Render SubD is 1...
