looking for a fantasy style double/twin blade sword?

I don't know of any out of the box, but you could make your own with two swords attached to each other.

This is an older set: https://www.daz3d.com/build-your-own-sword-kit (pre-Iray) but could use the hilt without a pommel and attach a blade at either end.

Or take the staff from this set: https://www.daz3d.com/bw-shadow-weapons-set-for-genesis-9-8-and-81 and use geometry editor (assuming they're not already a separate surface to hide) to remove all but the wrapped section in the middle, then attach two copies of the sword blades, one to either end (again with their hilts deleted / made invisible).

I went through the bladed weapons I own and here are ones that have dual blades or plasma foils. Most are Sci-Fi.

As a kid I learnt to fence with a foil. It has to be said that I was really bad at it. Anyway, I look at these double blades swords & wonder how I would avoid killing myself if I used one. Not sure I could.

A double bladed weapon would need to be treated and used more like a quarterstaff or stave, rather than a sword or foil.

I don't have to try to fight with a sword, I just try to use a knife on a cutting mat and managed to slice off the tip of my finger. Knives and me are a dangerous combination, to myself. Others would be perfectly safe.
