Weird transform values between keyframes in animation

I guess screenshot says it all. Frame 15 bend is -107.15. Frame 30 bend is -90.20. Every frame between them bend has value of 20. From 30 to 45 bend is -135

Depending on the animation your made / applied, it seems not weird to me... like lifting figure's forearm up and down ~~
